Seeing as how I am in a nautical analogy mood this morning, here goes
another. Ever sail a boat? No I'm not talking about laying about
drinking a beer while somone else sails, I mean really sail. Unlike a
power boat you don't just steer, you have to tack and you have to
manage your sails. You can not swing wildly to port and then try to
recover with an equally wild swing to starboard. Do that and you'll end
up going nowhere and with a whole lotta sail in the water.
