Subject: So anyone know Napolitano's national security credentials?

While you do have to be smart to get the JD from UVA, you don't need to know much
about national security. Does this indicate a shift in national security policy away from
anti Islamic terrorism and towards border patrol (given that AZ is a border state).
That's really the only thing I can come up with...
