goes....
Caravana is cranking out shots at a practice at WAHS from about half
way between the midfield line and the top of the box.
Goalie decides to step in and take some shots from Mikey in
the "traditional" goalie ready set - stick shoulder high knees bent etc
Caravana yells out "cova ya nuts" - goalie stays in "traditional" goalie
ready set.
Caravana cranks it - drops the goalie to the fetal position...
Comes up and checks on him and says "I told ya ta cova ya nuts"
