I never played the position, but it seems to me like rebounding in
basketball -- fight for initial position between your man and the faceoff,
put your ass on him, and block him out. What I saw a lot of was our
wingmen getting boxed out from step one, and, lo and behold, when the
ball popped out, they had their opponents big old ass between them
and the ball.
