A friend of my Dad's who played for D for Hopkins and had the pleasure
of guarding Snider said that Snider was the best attackman he ever
played against who did not get 1st team AA - Snider, who lives in
Seattle, taught me to play attack when I was 12. A super nice guy and
a genius architect - he has been helping to mentor players from
Vancouver and the Pacific NW for over 20 yrs - he played with no
pocket and barely cradled - he would just run and hold the head of the
stick near his helmet - he had such amazing touch that he rareley
needed to cradle - with pinpoint feeds...amazingly intimidating as a 12
yr old kid watching the Seattle Club games
