To teach at county schools he would have needed to go get his master's
immediately. By switching over to STAB he can still teach and when he
decides to go back for his master's, STAB will pay for it in full (I
believe) as opposed to half reimbursement that the county offers.

He will be assisting with middle school programs and coaching football
and lacrosse.

I'm sure he feels bad about leaving WAHS. He did a lot for that
program and they will be hard pressed to find another coach with as
much potential. I just hope people can appreciate his situation and
wish him the best instead of crucifying him for turning to the dark side.
