nctions can one team have in their favor? i see the fouls like this:
if its close, its going to Duke. period the end. ex. if a duke player
is going to the basket for a layup and an opponent is nearby as he
misses, that is a foul on the opponent every time, regardless of the
physical contact and/or who initiated it....there is also the duke
charge rule: meaning that never, and i mean never, can a duke player
be called for a blocking foul if he pretends as though a charge
occurred...lastly, but not least. there is this

duke, regardless of the type.
