Subject: I think when fouls are called during a game is more important than how many.

The refs can make enough "pro-Duke calls early in the game and get
the opposition's best players in foul trouble. Then at the start of the
second half, they can ignore anything Duke does as they turn up the
heat. Finally, they can use the last part of the game to call
meaningless fouls on Duke to even out the calls. In other words, I
would like to see a breakdown on fouls called during the four 25% units.
