your system players) and being able to "think outside the box" (ala Billy
Beane) sure helps too. When you don't have the luxury of being able to
recover from expensive mistakes you have to be creative and smart.
I don't know much about the decision makers in DC but it's possible for
it to be done, it won't be overnight, but it's possible. I guess we'll have to
wait and see.
